Holiday Bundle | The Roadmap to a Meaningful 2025

When we have those transformative conversations, we are left feeling seen, hopeful, connected and understood.

And when we don't have that - we end up repeating ourselves, having mediocre, meh conversations, and are left feeling hopeless, frustrated and depleted.(yuck!)

Clear conversations = Higher Happiness Levels

Having those transformative conversations leaves us with less anxiety and depression symptoms, and higher levels of happiness. 

Now, how do we have those discussions? A few components are needed. 

- Clarity on who you are [your values]
- The core issue/problem/unmet need you're wanting help with
- The emotion that you are feeling [or wanting to be feeling instead]
- An understanding if the issue needs an emotional, social intellectual, practical or somatic/body based support or intervention.

Without these, you will stay stuck.

Yes, you need these if you are the one wanting to get un-stuck, and if you are the one wanting to be helpful to someone in your life who is feeling stuck. 

These are the foundational bricks to being understood and for real shifts to take place in your life.

We can't make a change if we don't know where the struggle lies.
