Sometimes our days and weeks get so busy and filled with plans and errands that we forget to check in with ourselves.

It can be difficult to hit pause and find the time and space to tune in to our internal state.

That’s why we’ve put together this group to give you the opportunity to connect with yourself and your community.

Join us for a weekly midday virtual meditation and grounding group, starting Thursday, November 9th at 12pm - 12:45pm

Together we will practice…

  • Quieting the mind and cultivating the skills to help you feel more present in your mind and body.

  • Nurturing self-awareness by learning how to listen and tune in by means of breathing and somatic excercises, along with mindful meditation and movement.

  • Learning to accept things as they are; ourselves, others and current events with less resistance.

  • Approaching our emotions with curiosity, exploration and openness.

  • Cultivating compassion and self-compassion to create a safer internal world for ourselves and within our relationships.

  • Checking in as a group to share our experiences in a safe community setting.

  • Virtual meeting through Zoom

  • $20 per event

    • If you cannot pay, we offer a sliding scale. We do not turn anyone away due to fee.

  • For all ages

  • Safe and confidential space

You can come for one group, and decide if you want to join for a future group. There’s no commitment needed. Come for one, for all or for some. Up to you =)
