Founded & operated by psychotherapist, Esther Goldstein, LCSW, Integrative Psychotherapy is a group practice where we offer a warm, engaging environment so you can feel at ease, from your very first phone call. In the therapy room, we aren’t “smile-and-nod” therapists. We are engaged and interactive as we see your therapy work as team effort.

Using a highly collaborative approach, together with you, we create a treatment that is tailored to your unique goals and needs; as health and recovery work best when personalized.  We approach trauma and mental health with treatments using both, a “top down” somatic, mind-body and expressive based approaches and “bottom up” cognitive and analytical counseling methods as well.
