Is it time to start counseling?

What If ...

What if you stopped waiting for the other shoe to drop every time you got a glimpse of joy?

What if relationships actually felt good?

What if you were finally able to let go of the weight of comparison and actually feel comfortable in your own skin?

What if when you looked at your friends, your partner or your kids you felt love and connection instead of irritability and sadness?

You're seeking...

A therapist who has the wisdom and the heart to help you through some of the heavy stuff that burden you. You want to know that you aren't just heard and understood, but that you are going to leave after this process is over feeling better than when you started. Even if at times challenging, you are ready and willing to take the deep dive into healing.

My clients learn not only from the science based tools used, rather they develop their own confidence to replicate what happens in the therapy room, into real life. Working together, we make sense of traumatic and painful experiences while simultaneously mastering the life you now have to be the one you want to be in. You'll discover strength and resilience as you learn to trust yourself.

Let's  work together!

We collaborate in identifying and reaching your goals while nurturing the therapeutic relationship, the connection between you and I, as that is  the bedrock to solid healing.

Using an integrative approach, I blend experiential methods to offer healing of mind, body and spirit.  We strengthen your core and work through stuck points along the way. I see my role as more than offering insight and guidance, rather, you learn skills in moving forward with newfound strength, confidence and flexibility in daily life.

Our goal is for you to experience short term relief as well as change that lasts beyond your time in therapy. You'll work well with me if you're  ready to roll your sleeves up and dig in. You're ready to put the work in because you’re ready to experience both transformation and relief. No, therapy isn't magic, but doing this together, we will get you toward your goals.
